Cannes 2009 & One Show Design 2009 - Merit Awards

This poster campaign for Samsung MP3 Players was based on the effect or the hold music has on people, whether it takes you on a trip down 'memory lane' or whether it 'pulls at your heart strings' on your journey through the ups and downs of relationships or whether you're simple obsessed or 'hungry for sound'.

The illustrative treatment was chosen due to the creative and visual liberties it allows you, besides giving it a contemporary, youthful look. The biggest competitor was the ipod with its apple legacy and stark, lifestyle imagery, therefore the aim was to make this the complete opposite - very complex, emotional, engaging and insightful storytelling.

The Task: To design a low cost visiting card for a valet parking service in West Delhi.
The Challenge: To make it interesting and stay true to the category, in a memorable yet stay within the budget. Our solution: We simply redesigned their valet parking stubs to incorporate the service's contact details. So  at no extra cost, we delivered a memorable visiting card that stayed true to the category.
